In 1936, a photographer taking photos of Raynham Hall in Norfolk, England caught a photo of something he wasn’t expecting. The picture showed what looked to be a ghost descending the stairs and was first published in a Country Life article. The ghost is thought to be a woman named Dorothy Walpole who lived in Raynham Hall in the early 1700s. Dorothy was said to be having issues with her husband before she mysteriously died and now many think it is her ghost haunting Raynham Hall.
